With record sales over the past year, Wyke Farms has officially crossed the £1 million per week threshold in retail sales for the first time ever – a momentous achievement for the century-old, family-run company.
The brand performance data from TNS is generated from a panel of 25,000 households, making it the largest panel in the UK. According to their most recent report, which monitored 52 weeks ending March 22, 2009, Wyke Farms’ brand sales came in at £52,175,000, representing a remarkable 180 percent growth over the past year. In the last three months alone, Wyke’s brand sales surpassed those of Mclelland Seriously Strong, the company’s nearest competitor, putting them close on the heels of Pilgrims Choice.
